Meet Alli Kiyoko
Based in sunny San Diego, CA, Alli Kiyoko is a certified fitness instructor in yoga, pilates, and spin.
Alli moved to San Diego in 2019 to study pre-health at the University of San Diego. A lifelong athlete, starting with dance and gymnastics through childhood, then playing competitive volleyball in high school, Alli missed the camaraderie of a team and the rigorous push when she got to college. She was soon introduced to group fitness classes and found her tribe in a dark, LED and candlelit studio packed with sweaty strangers all moving in sync to the rhythm of a perfectly curated playlist.
Inspired by the power of collective energy, Alli found her purpose in leading others to dive deep within to bring their strongest selves to light.
Now, Alli's known for her creative classes, diligent, form-focused style, and encouraging clients to push beyond what they think is possible.
The Kiyoko Fit mission is to inspire the mind first to transform the body. Here, we embrace a philosophy of constant progress.
