Welcome to my first blog post! Here, I'm sharing a monthly favorite, whether it be a recipe, a new clothing item, or supplement!

  1. First things first, did you know 98% of Americans are magnesium deficient! We need adequate magnesium levels to help with

*sleep

*balanced stress response

*healthy immune response

*essential electrolyte to maintain healthy heart rhythm

*key building block to strong bones

I love Magnesium Breakthrough by BiOptimizers for deeper, more restorative sleep, leveled energy, feeling more calm, and better digestive processes! Get it here: https://bioptimizers.com/shop/products/magnesium-breakthrough

2. Clevelenad Kraut is awesome! I have been loving increasing my good gut flora to balance my microbiome. This brand is awesome for a lovely beet red sauerkraut. It has a good dose of fiber and vitamins and minerals being fermented to promote growth of beneficial probiotics for good digestive health. Eating culture rich foods ads in gut health and digestion processses. Love a sour sauerkraut! Get it at any grocer. I get mine at Lazy Acres in San Diego!

3. I'm loving this lovely beach read by Meghan Swidler to help you resolve your gut issues to increase vitality, reduce digestive distress, and regain confidence. Part guide, part recipe book, it's a. must read for all, even those familiar with gut health protocols and are curious to broaden their knowledge of fibrous gut tips!

4. Who doesn't love a good hair, skin, and nails supplement?! I'm loving this MyKind organics plant collagen builder. I recently have been nose diving back into skin care, as I have this strange desire to grow my lashes and brows super thick! Summer's around the corner and I'd love to walk around super tan with a full natural set of eyelashes! Oh, a girl can dream!

5. Keeping up with my rediscovery of clean and green skin care, I've stumbled upon INNBeauty Project's Face Glaze and Green Machine serum. Face glaze is perfect for a glossy moisturizer before putting on foundation, and honestly if you're only using the face glaze that's good enough because it hydrates and gives skin a glossy 'glass-skin' look. It's so light on the face and only a small coat is needed. I'm in love!

6. If you're not supplementing Vitamin C, I'm not sure what you're doing! Just to remind you, Vitamin C isn't just essential for immunity, but helps in natural body detoxification which is very important in eliminating free radicals in the body and supports protein metabolism. Vitamin C is also important for the synthesis of collagen, certain neurotransmitters, and L-carnitine. Collagen is essential in boosting connective tissue restoration, thus healthy glowing skin, hair, and nails!

I Honestly love all of Cymbiotika's products! On top of this, I regularly take Adrenal Super Tonic, Magnesium L-Threonine, and Liposomal Glutathione.

That wraps up my monthly edition of things I'm obsessed with! I'll report back next month on new products, recipes, tips, and workouts! Cheers to spring in full effect!

Love and Lunges,

Alli Kiyoko
